Lifting the Veil

An Introduction to Veil Astrology

There's a moment, if you've spent enough time looking at your chart, where something begins to feel… off.

Not in a way that's obviously wrong… not in a way that disrupts everything all at once… but in a quieter way.

In a way that begins to gnaw at your subconscious… slowly… persistently…

Until, over time, something begins to come into focus…

And each time you look a little closer…

…it becomes harder to ignore.

But you return to it anyway…

The placements are still there. The interpretations still make sense on paper, and so you read them… you nod along… and you recognize parts of yourself within them…

but even then… something remains just beneath it all.

A feeling that something isn't fully being said.

Or perhaps… it's not being said in the right way?

I don't know… but it feels almost like looking at a map of your life, where most of the terrain is visible and familiar, and yet there are areas that feel faint. Unfinished. Just beyond the edge of what has been drawn.

You can sense that it's there… even if you can't see it clearly.

I didn't notice this all at once. It didn't arrive as a single realization, or some defining moment where everything suddenly changed. Instead, it unfolded in quiet increments…

The more charts I read, and the more experiences I moved through, the more I began to notice that certain moments didn't quite fit within the framework I had been given.

Not because the framework was wrong.

But because it didn't seem to account for everything.

Astrology, as it is commonly practiced, is incredibly effective at describing the visible structure of life. It maps personality, tendencies, patterns, environments… the external shape of experience.

And it does this with a level of precision that can feel almost uncanny.

But that only accounts for part of it…

I've come to believe that the human experience isn't limited to what is visible.

There are moments that don't belong entirely to personality or circumstance. Moments that seem to arrive from somewhere less defined. Quiet shifts. Sudden changes. Deep transformations that don't follow a clear logical progression…

…and still… it feels undeniably real.

Sometimes more real than anything else…

And it's those moments that led me here… to you.

To the ones who have felt it too…

The ones who have seen themselves in the chart… and still sensed that something was missing.

The ones who keep returning to it… drawn back by the sense that something is still waiting to be revealed.

If that feels familiar to you… then you're exactly who I had in mind.

The Veil wasn't something I originally set out to build.

It was something I kept coming back to… because I was trying to understand myself.

Trying to put a name to what I was experiencing.

Trying to make sense of the parts I couldn't fully explain.

And over time… it became clear that what I was looking for wasn't separate from astrology.

It was something within it.

Something that had always been there… just not fully seen.

This… is where the idea of the Veil began.

The idea of Veil Astrology evolved from within astrology itself…

Expanding its framework…

To give a fuller picture…

And hopefully… bring into focus what's been missing all along.

If you want to see how this shows up in your own chart… you can start here.

In Chapter 1, I'll take you back to where this started for me… and how something as unexpected as TikTok led me into astrology… and eventually… led me into creating Veil Astrology. 👀
